Tourmalines come in a wide variety of exciting colors: in fact this beautiful stone has one of the widest color ranges of any gem species, occurring in various shades of virtually every hue. Rubellite, whose name comes from the Latin rubellus for “reddish”, designates the pink, red, purplish red, orangy red, or brownish red tourmaline. All the rubellites in the set are characterized by an extremely rare shade of colour; they have been carefully selected by Damiani’s expert gemmologists and come with an international gemological certificate.
